I'm a city dweller needing an alternate way to get around town especially in the age of corona. After giving up on super lightweight scooters, I opted for this one. Once in cruise control mode, I set forth to one of the big hills where the scooter performed very well barely dropping below 15 km/h and then activating the disc brakes on the downhill to keep the scooter in control. The handbrake took it out of cruise control and was effective to slow and eventually stop it.
